Booking Details
Booking can be by phone on 01686 430522 or by email. Please give the names of the people in your group and the date(s) you wish to come. You will be asked to pay a deposit to confirm your booking.
Deposit payment options:-- internet or telephone banking transfer (or direct deposit into our bank account)
- credit or debit card by phoning 01686 430522
- cheque
- your Paypal account
We hold your date for one week; if your deposit not received by then, you may lose the date.
Balance payment options:-
- cash on the day
- internet or telephone banking transfer (or direct deposit into our bank account) to be received the weekday before
- credit or debit card transaction on the last weekday before your riding day; please phone 01686 430522
- cheque posted to be received one week before your riding day
- if you wish to use your Paypal account, please add £5 for one day or £8 for two days to cover the commission
DATES
- Dates are allocated first come, first served in receipt of payment.
- Once you have asked for a specific date, it will be reserved for you for one week. If the deposit requested has not been received, the booking will be deemed to have lapsed.
- If the date chosen cannot be adhered to, you may change the date.
- Gift vouchers do not require a date to be set in advance
